What types of shipping labels do we provide?

We provide high-quality Direct Thermal labels, we have two core sizes available. We have a 25 mm core with a format of 102 x 150 mm and a 45 mm core with a format of 105 x 150 mm, for example.

What exactly is the distinction between Direct Thermal and Thermal Transfer?

Use Direct Thermal labels if you require labels with a limited lifespan, such as shipping labels, fresh product labels, or labels for running items. These are the labels that must have a brief lifetime. Direct Thermal printing works by heating the print button at the locations where you wish to print on the label.

Thermal Transfer labels are printed with an ink ribbon. The operation of a Thermal Transfer label is similar to that of a Direct Thermal label, but with Thermal Transfer labels, the label will also change when heated at the proper distance using, for example, a lighter or scratched. Because these labels stay longer, they are mostly employed on labels for patient registration, items with a high demand for sustainability, and articles that sell more slowly.
