Return Policy

At Brada Verpakkingen it is, of course, possible to exchange or return your order. Provided that your ordered product does not fall under a legal exception. The return policy is only valid 14 days after receiving your complete order. For this, preferably use the return form that you can download at the bottom of this page. We would appreciate it if you just send an email to [email protected] if you want to exchange or return so that we are already informed. "

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping. Only the costs for return from your home to the web store are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to the entrepreneur. To exercise this right you can contact us via [email protected]. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order. You must also send a completed cancellation form that can be downloaded at the bottom of this page. Only for e-mails with the cancellation form attached as an attachment, the return policy applies.

Custom made articles

Due to the unique nature of custom made items, we cannot accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective upon receipt. In that case, you must notify us within 3 business days of receipt and provide photos of the damaged or defective item. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement item.

Please note that we do not accept returns due to changes in personal preference or incorrect sizing. Please ensure that you provide accurate sizing and specifications when placing your order.

How about the shipping time on holidays and weekends?

At Brada Packaging, packages ordered during public holidays are delivered the next working day. Furthermore, there is no delivery on Sundays and Mondays.

If you order before 22:00 on a weekday, your order will be delivered the next day.
